Centrum Krakov was developed as a newly constructed shopping center on the site of a former building that no longer met modern requirements. From a construction perspective, the project involved the complete replacement of the old structure with a new three-story building featuring a prefabricated reinforced concrete framework, retail units, technical facilities, and parking capacities.

The development also included connections to utility networks, modifications to roads and parking areas, and improvements to the surrounding public space in relation to the nearby residential housing estate.
