Outlet Airport Praha, now known as POP Airport, was built in Tuchoměřice near Václav Havel Airport as a new large-scale shopping center, complete with new transportation and technical infrastructure. From a construction standpoint, it was a two-story frame structure with a large span between load-bearing columns, where the lower level is used primarily for parking and technical facilities, while the upper level is designated for retail units and visitor amenities. The project also included the reconstruction and construction of roads, utility connections, water management structures, and a new access road.
