SYNER established in August. The company was founded by Petr Syrovátko and Ing. Jiří Urban. Company owners.

1996

Construction of the first developer project, SYNER Palace.

1999

SYNER’s annual turnover reached CZK 1 billion.

2003

SYNER’s annual turnover exceeded CZK 2 billion.

2005

Acquisition of the Manďák construction company, strengthening operations in Moravia.

2006

For the first time in its history, the company started a construction project worth more than 1 billion Czech crowns: Premium Outlet Prague Airport.

2007

Establishment of the SYNER Group a.s. – an offshoot of SYNER, which continues to be the flagship of the group. The purpose was to create a clear organisational and ownership structure and provide service to affiliated companies.

2008

The SYNER Construction Company reached record turnover for a single year in the amount of CZK 4.68 billion.

2010

SYNER is currently implementing three construction projects worth a combined total of billions of Czech crowns.

2012

Completion of the unique medical facility with complex technical equipment on the premises of the Bulovka University Hospital. The Proton Therapy Centre is used for proton beam treatment of patients with severe oncological diseases. The Centre has state-of-the-art Ion Beam Application (IBA) technology; radioactive radiation was measured during trial operations.

2014

SYNER has built three multifunctional arenas by this year: Liberec, Karlovy Vary, Třinec.

2016

In the quarter century in which it has been operating, SYNER has completed more than 600 buildings worth a combined total of almost CZK 50 billion.

2018

Construction of the Harfa Office Park and the O2 universum multifunctional congress centre near Prague’s O2 Arena.

2019

Redesign of the SYNER logo and enhancement of corporate identity with 'synerglyphs'.

2019

We are the only construction company in the Czech Republic that has built 10 multifunctional sports-cultural facilities and ice rinks.

2020

We are implementing long-term significant projects in the territory of Prague. This year, these include hundreds of millions in contracts: Hybernská Office, Pařížská, and Hotel Stages next to the O2 Arena.

2021

SYNER is entering 30 years of successful existence in the market.

2021

We are building the largest contracts in the history of the company: the new headquarters of ČSOB in Hradec Králové and the BMW test facility in Sokolov.

2023

SYNER is at the inception of the new pavilion of the regional hospital in Liberec, the ceremonial event of the groundbreaking was attended by the President of the Czech Republic.
