SYNER Celebrates Double Success in the 2025 Prague Building of the Year Awards

SYNER achieved significant success in the prestigious “Prague Building of the Year 2025” competition. Among 37 submitted projects, two projects carried out by SYNER received awards: the renovation of the Savarin Palace and the modernization of the Jarov Vocational School in Prague.

The Savarin Palace represents an exceptionally challenging restoration of the historic Sylva Tarouccy Palace in the very heart of Prague. The project combined top-notch construction work with a sensitive approach to the heritage-protected environment and the preservation of the building’s historical values.

At the opposite end of the construction spectrum is the Jarov Vocational High School project, which created a modern, energy-efficient, and user-friendly environment for educating a new generation of students.

These two awards thus underscore SYNER’s ability to carry out projects of the most diverse nature—from the restoration of historic buildings to modern public buildings with high standards for technology, sustainability, and quality of execution.
