Since 2024, SYNER has been an authorized partner of CREE BUILDINGS with exclusive representation for projects carried out in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this, we can offer investors and partners exclusive access to a completely new digital platform for the design and construction of sustainable buildings.

The CREE BUILDINGS system relies heavily on renewable natural resources. Wood is at the forefront.

The main advantage of wooden elements is the standardized prefabrication of individual components such as ceiling panels, facade systems, columns, and structural elements. These can be quickly assembled on-site, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions, noise, and dust, and significantly saves time, resources, and money.
